To better understand teamwork and clinical skill in this area, our collaborators in Ghent, Belgium are utilizing the OR BlackBox © – making this the first comprehensive endovascular recording site internationally. This research initiative is being led by Dr. Isabelle Van Herzeele and Dr. Bart Doyen in Belgium, in collaboration with ICSS team member Dr. Lauren Gordon. Together they aim to better understand endovascular performance and how surgical teams can work together to create a safer surgical environment.
